NOT GUILTY
A jury acquitted Attorney Cusack's client of operating under the influence of alcohol, assault and battery on a police officer, and resisting arrest. The incident arose after an off-duty police officer confronted Attorney Cusack's client over what he believed to be a minor car accident. The jury found the officer's story not credible and returned a verdict of not guilty on all counts.
